Results First – Online Order Entry Training

Welcome to Results First! The following series of videos was created to walk you through the Results First system with detailed instructions on how to place and manage orders. Each module is between 2 to 5 minutes long with the entire series taking approximately one hour to complete. These online training modules offer several advantages. First, they can be taken as time allows or all at one time. Second, they are available any time day or night to provide in-services when and where you need them. Third, they can be re-reviewed at any time and thus serve as a great reference tool or refresher training. Last, they are broken down into mini modules that allow topics to be isolated for review or re-review.

There are several ways to view these videos, with the appropriate links in the table below.

The most preferred method would be to visit the Prolab channel on youtube.com (first column).

If you cannot reach youtube.com, there is another option to view the videos as streams from Streamhoster.com.

If neither of those options work, you may use a 'progressive download', which will download the video and play it on your computer via your Windows Media Player. All you'll need to do is click on the link in the third column and verify that you want to watch it with Windows Media Player and your computer will do the rest of the work. It will take approximately a minute for the video to begin.

If you prefer to keep a permanent copy of the video for yourself, you can download it from Streamhoster.com (fourth column). Again, the download will take on the close order of a minute, as with the progressive download.

Finally, if none of these methods work, you can download the video from the Prolab site (last column). This will take anywhere from five to fifteen minutes.

Note that the download times depend on your own Internet connection speed, and may be longer with a slower connection.
